Summary

The People Programs Manager role involves designing, developing, and implementing people programs and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness in the areas of Total Rewards, People Analytics, and People Systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support performance management processes, employee engagement, data analysis and reporting, and systems administration.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields, with a focus on program management and Total Rewards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative people programs and initiatives that support Total Rewards, performance management, talent reviews, analytics & reporting, performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness
  • Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive high performance and professional growth
  • Use analytics and feedback mechanisms to understand the employee experience and report back within the People Team, Senior Leadership, and other key stakeholders. Partner with the People Operations team to build action plans to increase employee Engagement
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimizing people programs and processes
  • Administer systems to support programs and help build out playbooks for the people function

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP) is a plus
