People Team Intern

Summary

Join OpenSesame's paid summer internship program on the People Team and contribute to initiatives enhancing employee experience and supporting company growth. You'll work on meaningful projects related to talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, DEI, and benefits. The internship involves collaborating across departments, connecting with employees at all levels, and engaging with leadership. This full-time, 7.5-week program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and opportunities for skill development. The program includes training courses, enriching events, and a group project. The internship is fully remote, with a standard compensation of $17/hour.

Requirements

• Be a passionate and driven student
• Have a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet during working hours
• Commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) internship for 7 ½ weeks

Responsibilities

• Learn OpenSesame’s People Team processes and tools
• Begin projects like cleaning and analyzing HR data to ensure accuracy and uncover insights
• Support initiatives such as talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, DEI, and benefits
• Assist with projects like building and enhancing eLearning content to support employee development
• Manage and update content within the CourseCloud platform
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Establish yourself as a reliable support resource for the People Team, providing insights to enhance the employee experience
• Lead a project around improving a specific People Team initiative or process
