Summary

This full-time, 7.5-week program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and opportunities for skill development. The program includes training courses, enriching events, and a group project. The internship is fully remote, with a standard compensation of $17/hour.

Requirements

  • Be a passionate and driven student
  • Have a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet during working hours
  • Commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) internship for 7 ยฝ weeks

Responsibilities

  • Learn OpenSesameโ€™s People Team processes and tools
  • Begin projects like cleaning and analyzing HR data to ensure accuracy and uncover insights
  • Support initiatives such as talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, DEI, and benefits
  • Assist with projects like building and enhancing eLearning content to support employee development
  • Manage and update content within the CourseCloud platform
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Establish yourself as a reliable support resource for the People Team, providing insights to enhance the employee experience
  • Lead a project around improving a specific People Team initiative or process
