Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree In Progress
  • Ability to craft compelling and engaging content for social media and internal platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections and interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees across all levels
  • Willingness to learn and pivot based on feedback and evolving priorities
  • Enthusiasm for creating a positive and inclusive workplace experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for both internal and external platforms focused on internal campaigns and communication, as well as external employer branding efforts
  • Monitor and respond to third-party reviews, candidate comments, questions, and discussions to foster a strong community
  • Collaborate with the team to highlight company events, employee spotlights, and culture initiatives
  • Update and document necessary Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for our programs
  • Help coordinate People Program logistics (Mentorship Program communications & pairings, Business Acumen Training with different internal speakers, etc.) and track program engagement
  • Support logistics for our Hippo Buddy program, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires
  • Gather feedback to improve program effectiveness and participant experience
  • Assist in organizing and potentially facilitating parts of new hire orientation sessions
  • Ensure onboarding materials are up to date and engaging
  • Provide support to new hires, helping them feel welcomed and connected

Major in Communications, Organizational Development, Sociology, Marketing
