Summary
Join WindshieldHUB, a national leader in on-demand auto glass repair and replacement, as their Meta Ads Performance Manager. This senior, fully remote position based in Lahore, Pakistan, requires managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategy, execution, and performance to generate qualified leads and drive order conversions. You will own the full customer acquisition funnel, rigorously analyze campaign performance, collaborate with various teams, implement A/B testing, and report on campaign insights. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing Meta ads for lead generation and order conversion, expertise in Meta Ads Manager, and strong analytical skills. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for lead generation and order conversion, deally within service-based or local business sectors
- Proven success in optimizing campaigns for business results, with clear examples of achieving substantial order and revenue growth—not just lead generation
- Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models
- Strong experience in full-funnel optimization, including landing page and sales process alignment
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work within a large, cross-functional team
- Must have a private, dedicated, and fully equipped home office in Lahore with reliable high-speed internet, up-to-date computer, and a quiet environment suitable for professional work
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) to generate high-quality leads and drive order conversions
- Own the full customer acquisition funnel—from audience targeting and creative development to landing page optimization and sales handoff
- Rigorously analyze campaign performance, including cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per order, and return on investment (ROI), using advanced tracking and attribution methodologies
- Collaborate remotely with the Marketing Department, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve performance
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on campaign insights, trends,and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, focusing on business KPIs and revenue impact
- Remain up to date on Meta Ads innovations, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Meta Blueprint Certification or similar credentials preferred (may be substituted by exceptional experience)
- Proficiency with CRM and lead management tools is a strong plus
