Summary

Requirements
- Have experience building and leading marketing teams, coaching talent, and driving performance
- Have a strong track record in multi-channel performance marketing, advertising, or lead generation
- Possess a strong background in designing and executing lead generation strategies that drive high-quality conversions
- Take a bias for action, drive campaigns to completion, and use performance data to optimize results. Collaborate with Client Success to improve bottom-of-funnel conversions
- Use data to inform strategic decisions
- Adapt to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and solve problems creatively in a regulated industry
Responsibilities
- Spearhead participant recruitment, ensuring a steady flow of study participants for our clientsβ health research
- Scale multi-channel marketing across social, video, search, display, native, and programmatic platforms
- Expand database marketing (email, SMS, automation) to boost referrals and repeat participation
- Restructure and elevate the team to build a high-performance culture
- Ensure the right talent, roles, and leadership structure are in place to meet department KPIs and company objectives
- Enhance patient recruitment with a data-driven approach
- Diversify advertising channels, reduce reliance on Meta, and maximize campaign effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in participant recruitment and medical advertising
- Experience working in an agency setting, managing multiple campaigns, and optimizing performance across various clients and industries
- Analytics experience
