Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an ecommerce environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and content management systems like Shopify
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proven ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience developing and managing joint business plans with clients
  • Proven ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing changes and technologies, and provide expert advice to clients on their application

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Create and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Platform Management: Oversee advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Content Management: Utilize content management systems like Shopify to optimize ecommerce store performance
  • Media Planning and Buying: Plan and purchase media effectively to maximize reach and engagement
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase client ad spend and generate revenue for the company
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and manage joint business plans with clients to align marketing efforts with client objectives and drive mutual growth
  • Technology and Trends Advisory: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing changes and technology, advising clients on the best strategies and tools to drive ecommerce growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketplace marketing like Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics
