Join a dynamic team at one of Turkey's leading prop-tech platforms as a Performance Marketing Manager. Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and other PPC channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance data aggregation across multiple platforms
• Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams
• Fluency in English is required
