Performance Marketing Manager in Austria

Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and increase conversions across multiple regions with a focus on DACH and France. The role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying areas of improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance media experience managing large-scale campaigns across both search and social
• Strong knowledge of paid platforms and tracking tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Adjust experience is a plus)
• Performance-oriented, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS. Strong aptitude for numerical detail and advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in German and English demonstrating strong communication skills, ability to connect easily with a variety of stakeholders and partners

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across a number of platforms and channels including Google, Bing and Apple Search Ads, Meta, Reddit as well as various ad networks
• Act as the central point of contact for performance marketing, managing relationships with key stakeholders and proactively identifying opportunities to develop greater sophistication
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimisation
