Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a performance marketing role
• Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, etc
• Experience in budget management and making recommendations on budget allocation based on channel performance
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact activities

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement through paid media channels
• Manage all performance marketing channels, including paid social, display, video, and search with hands-on, day-to-day oversight of direct response activities
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations teams to achieve common goals in attracting and retaining clients
• Stay updated on and leverage emerging channels and marketing technologies
• Continuously test, analyze and optimize performance to meet KPIs
• Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
