Summary

Requirements
- Strategic Growth Mindset: A track record of designing and implementing data-driven growth strategies that deliver measurable ARR impact
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to align and influence cross-departmental stakeholders effectively
- Creativity: Ability to conceptualise new data into actionable insights
- Fast-Paced Experience: Previous experience in VC or PE backed businesses, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplaces, with a focus on learning fast and driving measurable growth
- Customer-Centric Focus: Ability to translate product features into customer benefits, creating campaigns that resonate with both new and existing audiences
- Ownership and Leadership: A proactive approach to driving campaigns forward, owning outcomes, and fostering collaboration across the organization
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A willingness to think outside the box, experiment, and iterate quickly to find what works
Responsibilities
- Directly Drive New ARR Growth: Design and take ownership of campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and driving a significant share of global new ARR growth
- Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with key teams, including marketing automation, sales, and legal, to ensure seamless execution and alignment on growth campaigns
- Strategic thinking: Tailor campaigns and messaging based on customer segmentation to enhance relevance and impact
- Data-Driven Insights: Use dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI, to make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Performance Marketing Expertise (as a strong plus): Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing performance across digital channels such Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other key platforms
