Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in performance marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving measurable results
  • Mastery of Google Ads and a deep understanding of other digital marketing channels and their respective best practices
  • Hands-on experience with other key advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong comfort level working with data and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) with the ability to extract, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to mastering paid search (specifically Google Ads), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
  • Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and target audiences
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance with a strong comfort level with data, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Manage 8-figure annual budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments with strong attention to detail to improve ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the broader digital landscape
  • Take ownership of tasks and processes from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the table for campaign and overall growth, going beyond simply executing existing plans
  • Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, taking a strong sense of ownership for campaign results, even when external factors may influence outcomes
  • Identify and evaluate new performance marketing channels and technologies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus
