Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of performance marketing experience
- Have a proven track record managing paid acquisition channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook, with success in driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Be a strategic and data-driven marketer
- Think holistically about performance marketing strategies, leveraging data insights to design experiments, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI through new platforms, creative testing, and continuous refinement
- Be comfortable managing complexity, juggling budgets across multiple platforms, fine-tuning targeting, attribution models, or offline conversions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be a proficient communicator, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize scalable paid advertising programs to support pipeline and revenue goals
- Manage every aspect of performance marketing strategy, from campaign creation and targeting to budget allocation and creative testing across channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook
- Oversee the technical setup of advertising platforms, ensuring proper tracking, attribution, and integration with tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Establish seamless systems with growth, sales, and marketing operations teams to align on pipeline targets, streamline workflows, and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor performance, test hypotheses, and deploy data-backed optimizations that drive consistent improvements in ROI through analytics
- Contribute to Spot AIβs ability to attract new customers, expand market presence, and scale revenue efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Have founded a company, been employee number 1-20, or have run a venture for over two years
