Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and Web3
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Web3 media buying
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, budget management, and CRO
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Work closely with design and development teams to lead funnel conversion rate optimization tactics
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Web3-specific platforms
- Execute media buying strategies, including programmatic and direct placements, to reach Web3 and SaaS audiences
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine ad performance and improve conversion rates
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and marketing efficiency
- Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of marketing budget
- Generate and present performance reports and insights to the marketing leadership team
- Work with the content marketing team to align paid strategies with SEO efforts for greater visibility
- Liaise with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with targeted performance marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Web3 marketing platforms, blockchain advertising, or crypto-native audiences
- Understanding of decentralized advertising models, token incentives, and NFT marketing
- Experience in multi-channel attribution and customer journey analytics
