Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize scalable paid advertising programs to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage every aspect of performance marketing strategy, from campaign creation and targeting to budget allocation and creative testing across channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook
  • Oversee the technical setup of advertising platforms, ensuring proper tracking, attribution, and integration with tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Establish seamless systems to align on pipeline targets, streamline workflows, and maximize campaign effectiveness by collaborating with growth, sales, and marketing operations teams
  • Monitor performance, test hypotheses, and deploy data-backed optimizations that drive consistent improvements in ROI by diving into analytics
  • Directly contribute to Spot AI’s ability to attract new customers, expand market presence, and scale revenue efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Willingness/ability to work from the downtown San Francisco or Lehi, UT office locations 2-3 days per week
