Summary

Join Trusted Media Brands (TMB) as a Manager, Performance Marketing and lead paid media campaigns across META and Google. You will oversee campaign execution, strategy, reporting, analysis, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs. This role requires strong digital advertising expertise, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, and site optimization teams. Requirements

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 6-7 years in Digital Media buying and activation (agency experience preferred); 2+ years in Social Media and/or SEM campaigns
  • Skills: Strong in cross-channel media buying, problem-solving, and project management
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Analytics, BI tools (Looker is a plus), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to catch and correct errors with precision
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with a strong grasp of industry trends and emerging platforms

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Social Media and Search Engine Marketing channels to drive content engagement and website traffic
  • Using an agile learning approach, experiment extensively to learn and optimize our promotional strategy
  • Use a wide array of digital tools and channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Performance Marketing to implement strategies, refine audience targeting, and define the media mix to achieve benchmarks
  • Partner with the creative team to provide clear, actionable feedback and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets for campaigns
  • Utilize AI tools to develop iterative creative quickly and at high volume to facilitate testing
  • Analyse campaign performance regularly, identify trends, and implement tactical adjustments to improve results
  • Leverage data to make informed recommendations and forecasts
  • Meet at least weekly with web team to ideate and continuously optimize to meet objectives
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex analytics into actionable insights and strategic narratives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and relevant
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to leverage first-party data for audience segmentation and targeting
  • Partner with the Site Optimization Team to refine the user journey and maximize conversion rates
  • Manage media budgets with precision, ensuring that spending aligns with campaign objectives and delivers maximum value
