Join Wrike's in-house paid digital team as a Paid Ads Marketing Specialist. You will execute and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize revenue. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing campaigns, monitoring and adjusting budgets, developing performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid social and/or paid search campaigns, with B2B experience a plus. Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in Excel or BI analytics tools are essential. Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid social and/or paid search campaigns. Experience in a B2B company is a plus
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to generate innovative testing ideas
- Proven expertise in audience building and/or keyword research, using advanced segmentation and targeting techniques to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced digital marketing environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities by continuously learning and improving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and/or BI analytics tools, or a willingness to learn them during onboarding
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize paid digital campaigns across paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals
- Regularly monitor and adjust budgets, targets and bids based on performance data to enhance user acquisition and ROI
- Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights on effectiveness, key metrics, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Content, and Data Analyst teams to develop effective ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates
