Requirements

• Be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Possess 1+ year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent education
• Be computer literate and proficient with standard office productivity software
• Be an effective team player
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Be a problem-solver with the ability to handle challenging situations
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor

Responsibilities

• Open and set up new client files
• Open and report claims to insurance companies
• Place statutory lien holders on notice
• Draft representation letters
• Request police reports
• Order medical records/bills
• Work collaboratively with your fellow team members
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other related parties

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous experience in customer service or administration
