Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, planning, procurement, or related roles
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data management

Responsibilities

  • Drive VergeSense’s monthly planning process and generate accurate supply and demand plans
  • Provide suppliers with timely purchasing forecasts
  • Manage inventory levels to meet delivery timelines for finished goods
  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials to manufacturing partners to meet production schedules
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Product Management, and Finance
  • Oversee sales order fulfillment using our ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring customer requirements are precisely met
  • Effectively leverage ERP tools to manage the order fulfillment cycle
  • Coordinate closely with the Installation, Business Systems, and Logistics teams
  • Issue and manage purchase orders to suppliers in alignment with inventory and customer delivery plans
