PM Solutions Architect

Summary

Join M&S Consulting as an experienced PM/Solution Architect with multiple ERP implementations under your belt. You will play a crucial role in leading PMO activities, communicating project status to stakeholders, and mitigating risks. Your expertise in Infor M3 is highly preferred. You will also be responsible for designing integrations, defining technical standards, and providing training to team members. This role demands strong solution architecture understanding and PLM expertise. The position involves working on a project with tight deadlines, requiring immediate contribution.

Requirements

• Experienced PM/Solution Architect with multiple prior ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and PLM configuration, customization and workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client's ERP PM to lead PMO activities and provide direction to the client project coordinators and system integrator PM
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor and address issues or obstacles as they arise during the project
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that open defect logs and change requests are completed on time and according to requirements
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops to identify and resolve issues
• Facilitate the development and execution of cut-over plans
• Coordinate post-go-live support to address any immediate issues and ensure long-term system stability
• Support migration of legacy data to PLM Platforms including mapping source systems, data types to be migrated and data validation processes
• Design and oversee integrations with Infor M3 and ensure data consistency across platforms
• Define technical standards and best practices for PLM implementation and customization
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on PLM best practices and system usage

Preferred Qualifications

• Robust working knowledge of Infor M3
• Ability to successfully join a project with tight deadlines midstream
