Summary

Join Aprio's Managed Services team as a Practice Operations Associate and contribute to the efficient operation and growth of the practice group. Handle accounts receivable tasks, including client contact, invoicing, and statement generation. Manage client and user information, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain financial operations, processing ACH payments and managing cost data. The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations. Proficiency in financial software, accounting tools, and support systems is required. Requirements

  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years in accounts receivable, billing, client services, user management, financial operations, or related roles
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
  • Proficiency in accounting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Familiarity with support systems (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Experience with ACH processing tools and spreadsheet management
  • Accuracy in invoicing, credit memo adjustments, maintaining records, editing contact information, and updating ACH information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for client correspondence, managing user access tickets, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle AR monthly tasks, recurring invoices, PE updates, and admin tasks
  • Available EST business hours

Responsibilities

  • Handling AR monthly tasks, contacting clients, sending invoices/statements, ACH authorization forms, recurring invoices, and correspondence with clients on invoices
  • Managing time and material billings for outsourced accounting, processing and maintaining recurring invoicing for monthly clients, invoicing one-time projects, and credit memo adjustments
  • Editing contact information for new and existing clients, onboarding new jobs for new and existing clients, and updating ACH and Non-ACH information
  • Offboarding user access via support system, managing user access tickets for various applications, and coordinating the transfer to clients on software during offboarding
  • Maintaining the cost tech monthly invoice data, processing ACH, creation and maintenance, and handling refunds
  • Managing PE updates on job owners and billing
  • Admin for app access and managing credit card receipt collection and coding
