Join Seven Starling, a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, as a Practice Partnership Lead. Build long-term relationships with women’s health providers to facilitate seamless mental health referrals for their patients. This vital role involves leading sales presentations, refining sales approaches, ensuring effective onboarding of new referral partners, maintaining long-term relationships, sharing market insights, maintaining CRM records, and tracking performance against KPIs. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, remote position with significant travel (3-4 days/week). The projected total compensation is up to $140,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person sales presentations with private practices in your territory, educating all staff, including OBGYNs, Office Managers, Nurse Practitioners, Referral Coordinators and Front Office Staff about Seven Starling’s mission, value proposition, and referral process differentiation
  • Refine practice sales approach based on your unique learnings in your territory, practice needs, feedback from providers, industry trends, and new product and service offerings being launched
  • Ensure new practices are effectively onboarded as referral partners by setting up in-office marketing collateral, establishing needed integrations (e.g., EMR), and coordinating follow ups cross functionally to ensure your practices have what they need to begin referring
  • Maintain relationships for the long-term by owning account management for your territory, checking in periodically with your practice Champions to drive value and ensure your practices’ needs are met
  • Share insights, risks, and opportunities from market visits with the Growth team to ensure that we’re adjusting to market dynamics and new trends
  • Maintain an up to date CRM records (Hubspot) for your territory in order to track progress, stay on top of next steps, and conduct targeted outreach
  • Proactively track and manage your territory’s performance against KPIs, identifying unique needs or opportunities for improvement to meet our goals
