Summary

Join KIT-AR, a leading Industry 4.0 digital transformation company, as a Pre-sales Engineer. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, design and demonstrate solutions using KIT-AR's offerings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This role requires understanding customer requirements, assisting with technical proposals, designing proofs-of-concept, and finding practical solutions. You will also proactively communicate project progress, maintain documentation, share knowledge, and deliver customer presentations. KIT-AR fosters a collaborative, international team environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in customer facing pre-sales or engineering roles: building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, elaborating technical proposals, designing solutions
  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Professional experience in the industrial sector
  • Knowledgeable in CAD design process and tools
  • Good communication skills and ability to thrive in diverse remote-first teams
  • Team player with the ability to evolve in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Enthusiastic, creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Availability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements to build a competitive technical solution
  • Assist writing technical proposals
  • Design and author proofs-of-concept, pilots, and demos using the KIT-AR solution
  • Find practical and workable solutions to deliver results
  • Proactively discuss project progress and needs with management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Proactively share knowledge with internal stakeholders and help develop the solution
  • Master KIT-AR product and deliver technical pre-sales customer presentations and showcase the product capabilities both remotely and at customer premises

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Immersive technologies is a plus
  • Experience in international B2B within the SaaS industry is an advantage
