The position requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, along with experience in consultative sales or project management. Requirements
- Consultative Sales or Project Management / Project Scoping skills
- Natural curiosity and proactive question-asking: you’re able to infer information based on minimal context or visual clues and aren't afraid to dig deeper when something doesn’t add up
- Excellent written English; comfortable mirroring tone and style
- Tech-savvy, able to juggle multiple tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Availability:Coverage window: Monday through Sunday, 7 AM Eastern Time to 8 PM Pacific Time.Your shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, scheduled somewhere within the window above
- Weekend WorkExpect some weekend shifts. We balance capacity, so your 5 working days may include Saturday and/or Sunday

Responsibilities
- Claim and respond to new customer leads within 15 minutes of their request
- Use internal tools like our quoting tool, and Google Maps to map out property lines
- Personalize messages by understanding the customer’s needs and using your own voice
- Ask smart questions to clarify needs based on what customers have already told us; some considerations to present:Do you need a gate? vs Can you walk me through who and what would be moving through this space?Think of: pets, lawn mowers, vehicles, or other types of equipment, so that we can better design your gate size, materials and security specifications?
- Schedule remote video estimates for customers with our Sales team
- Keep tools like Front, Slack, and Pipedrive updated for seamless handoffs to other members of the Sales team
- Stay organized and proactive with follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or pre-sales
- Familiarity with Slack, Front, and/or Pipedrive
- Dual-monitor setup
