Requirements
- Significant Experience in a related analytical role (e.g., Product Analyst, Data Science - Product, CRO, Digital Analytics, or Experimentation Analyst)
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, computer science etc)
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in A/B Testing / Experimentation
- Experience with Tableau/Looker and Excel
- Proactive ability to lead analytics discussions, driving change and shaping approach
- Customer focus with a passion for customer understanding and experience, including Segmentation and Cohort Analysis
- Collaboration experience working with Product, Engineering, Design teams using a Product Approach
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills in analyzing facts, evidence, observations, and arguments to form judgments
- Leadership skills to demonstrate best approaches to analytical problems and lead others by example
Responsibilities
- Lead on Experimentation and AB Testing, running analyses using in-house systems and mentoring others
- Conduct Product Analytics, including Funnel, Feature, and Cohort Analysis to identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Realize opportunities by working with the Product Pod to provide insights that drive change through A/B Testing or Release
- Create reporting, analytics, and insight views to help the team understand the product, customer, and commercial performance, guiding others to do the same
- Utilize segmentation, cohorts, and customer understanding to analyze various customer groups
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of and experience in a Product Analytics or similar role, covering A/B Testing, Conversion Optimisation, Funnel and Feature Analysis
