Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on product management, including 2+ years working on AI/ML-driven or data-centric products in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of launching and managing AI/ML-driven features and/or automation solutions
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and related technologies
- Passion for building products that solve real customer problems with a focus on usability and adoption
- Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to launch
- Ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for AI initiatives that aligns with PandaDocβs mission and strategic goals
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into core workflows, focusing on customer impact and measurable outcomes
- Lead the end-to-end development of impactful AI features, ensuring scalability and user value
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver reliable, cutting-edge AI capabilities
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and validate AI-driven solutions
- Simplify complex workflows by embedding seamless, user-friendly AI capabilities into the product
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the adoption and impact of AI features
- Use performance data and user feedback to continuously optimize and scale AI solutions
- Champion AI adoption within product teams by mentoring team members and embedding best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), or similar technologies
- Understanding of ML deployment and serving infrastructure
- Familiarity with document automation, workflow efficiency, or contract intelligence solutions
