Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management, including 2+ years working on AI/ML-driven or data-centric products in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of launching and managing AI/ML-driven features and/or automation solutions
  • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and related technologies
  • Passion for building products that solve real customer problems with a focus on usability and adoption
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to launch
  • Ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for AI initiatives that aligns with PandaDoc’s mission and strategic goals
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into core workflows, focusing on customer impact and measurable outcomes
  • Lead the end-to-end development of impactful AI features, ensuring scalability and user value
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver reliable, cutting-edge AI capabilities
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points and validate AI-driven solutions
  • Simplify complex workflows by embedding seamless, user-friendly AI capabilities into the product
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the adoption and impact of AI features
  • Use performance data and user feedback to continuously optimize and scale AI solutions
  • Champion AI adoption within product teams by mentoring team members and embedding best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), or similar technologies
  • Understanding of ML deployment and serving infrastructure
  • Familiarity with document automation, workflow efficiency, or contract intelligence solutions
