Principal Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the strategic research, definition, planning, execution, and communication of new and existing products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment
• Previous experience in frontline enablement industry is highly valued
• Tech savvy and with proven ability to quickly understand complex products and features
• Metrics-driven with strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to absorb complex and overlapping requirements and process this into strategic and actionable next steps
• Extensive experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to create, manage, and leverage customer and internal relationships to uncover and test opportunities
• Experience working closely with development teams to drive value quickly
• Ability to work with local and remote teams in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills in writing, presenting, and facilitating for large and/or very senior groups
• Comfortable initiating and managing conversations with C-Level stakeholders at customer and prospect organizations
• Experience using product management best practices such as agile methodologies and Pragmatic

Responsibilities

• Uses strategic direction, market opportunity, and commercial viability to assess ideas and identify new market opportunities
• Work with prospects, customers and the market at large to drive primary research, discovery, insight and recommendations for definition around Axonify roadmap initiatives and future opportunities
• Understand, define and communicate buyer personas and use cases, understand customer workflows, problems, and articulate the needs of buyers and users
• Collaborate with the product team and leadership to help prioritize and define evolving product roadmap
• Connect across the product, design, dev and QA teams to effectively bring these opportunities to life within the Axonify product offering
• Coordinate product releases and product lifecycle changes with marketing, sales, operations and support teams
• Work with sales and marketing on internal and external enablement of targeted product initiatives
• Support primary product objectives as they relate to revenue, new customer acquisition and customer retention
