Summary

Join Greenhouse as a Principal Product Manager, Data Platform and own the company's data strategy across its product suite. Drive alignment between engineering investments and customer value, serving both internal and external customers. As a senior individual contributor, you will build, frame, and evangelize best practices for data improvement. You will also drive the strategic evolution of data architecture to support advanced analytics and AI applications. This role requires a seasoned product manager with experience in evolving data products, leading cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of data architecture. The ideal candidate will possess excellent prioritization and time management skills, hands-on experience with customers, and proficiency in SQL and Python.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a seasoned Product Manager, with a strong background in evolving data products across an ecosystem
  • Experience leading and driving initiatives across multiple, diverse teams
  • A strong understanding of data architecture and experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • The ability to work independently and own complex problems from inception to resolution
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Hands on experience working with customers to identify areas of opportunity that inform product development priorities
  • A strong handle of SQL and Python

Responsibilities

  • Own Greenhouse’s analytics strategy across our entire product suite, addressing current challenges and building a future vision for our data systems
  • Drive data decisions that holistically balance both customer needs and engineering capabilities
  • Build, frame, and evangelize best practices for continuous data improvement within our R&D organization
  • Drive the strategic evolution of our data architecture to support advanced analytics and the efficient training and operation of AI applications
  • Scale our data architecture in partnership with our Engineering teams, working across our organization to make data available in new places
  • Drive the productization of new front-end solutions and user experiences related to data
