Summary

Join GrowthLoop as a Principal Product Manager to define and scale our category-defining platform. Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact initiatives, partnering with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Translate complex ideas into simple, high-value solutions, defining roadmaps, setting success metrics, and guiding cross-functional collaboration. Operate at the intersection of product vision and execution, ensuring alignment with key business objectives. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management for SaaS, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal role
  • Demonstrated success taking complex, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1
  • Strong background in data products, martech, adtech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and ship high-impact features in fast-paced environments
  • Experience partnering with design and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities
  • A strategic thinker with a bias for execution and a passion for delivering measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy: Own end-to-end product vision for major initiatives, defining how we go from concept to launch in ways that serve both customer needs and business goals
  • Drive 0β†’1 Execution: Take ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into defined, prioritized, and validated product opportunities
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and GTM to ensure product solutions are both technically feasible and user-friendly
  • Customer Insight & Advocacy: Conduct and synthesize user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction
  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance and inform iteration
  • Influence & Alignment: Align product decisions with company strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed at every stage
  • Simplify the Complex: Translate data-heavy, technically sophisticated use cases into intuitive product experiences that deliver rapid value
  • Thought Leadership: Represent GrowthLoop’s product vision internally and externally; helping shape industry conversations on AI, marketing, and data-driven growth
