Principal Product Manager

Requirements

• A proven track record in fintech, launching or scaling 0->1 innovative financial solutions or financial SaaS products, preferably B2B or B2B2B
• Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, and knack for inventing on behalf of customers
• Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication
• Motivated and capable of high standards and speed in a high growth, early stage environment

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution, driving significant growth, partner success and merchant adoption
• Invent with rapid experimentation, constantly testing assumptions, validating ideas and iterating on solutions for small businesses
• Own every aspect of a product's success and failure, including its measurable value to the customer and business, evolution, viability
• Develop deep customer understanding from observing customers struggle and analyzing customer data to continuously innovate, refine product strategies and measure business outcomes
• Work side-by-side with engineering and design rather than operating sequentially. Partner with risk, marketing, sales, legal and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and impact at scale
• Help to set the tone for speed, collaboration, customer-centricity
