Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
  • Strong, comprehensive graphic design portfolio with 5+ years of experience required
  • Retail creative marketing or agency experience preferred
  • Excellent typographic, design and production skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) at the higher design level and basic production level
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Traffic and route information on projects to stakeholders to keep projects and approvals on track
  • Assist Manager, Print Production on In-Store Seasonal Kits & monthly Mail pack kits
  • Updating store lists for distro purposes
  • Schedule meetings and follow print calendar ensuring projects stay on schedule
  • Order fixtures (sign holders), graphics, and freight shipments to new stores and existing stores
  • Follow up with stakeholders and track orders to confirm delivery
  • Maintain store opening & closing schedule that is shared with external partners
  • Run & Analyze tracking reports: Run tracking reports through FedEx toolbox and analyze results highlighting packages that are delivered on the way and delayed
  • Elevate tracking issues to Manager, Print Production and call stores as necessary to confirm tracking status
  • Provide tracking reports and updates to leadership
  • Coordinate reships as necessary
