Process Automation Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Process Automation Specialist/Product Owner who will document, map, and automate operational processes across various departments, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution. This role requires a bachelor's degree, experience in process documentation, strong communication skills, project management experience, proficiency in process mapping tools, and an analytical mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in process documentation, mapping, and automation within an eCommerce or similar environment
• Strong understanding of operational processes in sales, purchasing, commercial, finance, and tech functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management and product ownership
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Clickup)

Responsibilities

• Document, map, and automate operational processes across various departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Take ownership of the process automation project
• Monitor the effectiveness of automated processes and seek opportunities for further optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
• Knowledge of automation technologies and tools (e.g., RPA, AI, ML)
