Join our team as a Process Improvement Lead and drive business process improvements across Henry Schein One. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, collaborate with leadership, and facilitate workshops to capture current processes and design new ones. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in process improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, process engineering, project management or operational roles
• Proven experience leading large scale process improvement initiatives
• Excellent skills in process documentation, analysis, and facilitation
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and cross functional team dynamics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Outstanding decision-marking, problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize business process improvement opportunities
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to analyze and improve existing workflows
• Facilitate workshops and team sessions to capture current processes and design new ones
• Track progress and report key improvement activities to senior management
• Provide expert process improvement guidance to project teams
• Communicate project outcomes and recommendations to leadership
• Share best practices across departments
• Lead and participate in special projects as needed
