Summary

The Product Analyst will use their analytics expertise to inform product strategy and improvements at Alma, a remote-first company offering mental health care services. They will collaborate with cross functional teams to define and execute on the product roadmap, analyze A/B testing experiments, and communicate technical insights effectively.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent industry experience
• 1-3 years of experience as a data scientist or product analyst supporting product development
• Expert in SQL
• Proficient in either R or Python for data analysis
• Experienced in applying statistical analysis to draw trustworthy conclusions from data
• Experience analyzing A/B testing experiments and guiding product decisions with experimental insights
• Influence others to take action by communicating your analytical insights convincingly
• Results-driven and passionate about building great products, with a proven track record of taking projects from inception to launch

• Generate data-driven insights to inform product strategy and improvements
• Define metrics and create dashboards to measure product performance
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to define the product roadmap
• Inform prioritization through opportunity sizing
• Analyze A/B testing experiments to validate product hypotheses
• Communicate technical insights effectively to influence decision making
