Product Copywriter

Summary

Join GOAT Group's Product team as a Product Copywriter and contribute to the compelling consumer experience across GOAT, alias, and Flight Club brands. You will craft and refine product copy for our app and web platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and seamless integration with the UI. Collaborate with various departments throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to final iteration. This role demands strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in UX writing for web and app environments is essential. The position offers exposure to diverse initiatives within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriter experience
• Native or fluent English speaker/writer
• Excellent grammar
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and identify potential deficiencies in the customer experience
• Open mindedness with a willingness to think outside the box to generate creative solutions
• Collaborative with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience with UX writing for both web and app

Responsibilities

• Help write and edit product copy that enhances and elevates the customer experience across the GOAT, alias and Flight Club brands
• Optimize GOAT Group content available on desktop, mobile and in the app
• Write clear and informative copy that integrates seamlessly within pre-existing and net-new UI
• Collaborate with various departments - from project kick-off through to development and iteration - to ensure all copy is cohesive and complementary to the overall digital experience
• Review consumer-facing product copy for accuracy, tone and quality and ensure it is consistent throughout all in-app and web journeys
