Requirements
- Multiple years of onboarding customized enterprise software solutions or experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with enterprise software systems and an ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Understand client goals and challenges to gather requirements and design tailored solutions using existing features or enhancements
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring seamless onboarding of our software platform
- Act as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, managing communication, requirements, and escalations
- Partner with Customer Success Managers in nurturing client relationships during the implementation phase
- Manage contracts, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Order Forms (OFs), ensuring alignment with project scope
- Support enterprise configuration and ensure successful integration with client systems
- Partner with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI enhancements informed by client feedback and usage metrics
- Drive ongoing improvements to ensure the platform meets evolving client and business needs
