Requirements
- Justify more than 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally at a SaaS solution publisher
- Be autonomous and organized, able to manage projects and maintain pace by focusing on what is valuable
- Be above all a problem-solver (even a problem-hunter!) and seek to understand the source of the problem before embarking on the solution
- Master Figma perfectly
- Have a very good level of UI and be proactive in making the design system evolve when it seems relevant
- Have excellent knowledge of web and mobile ergonomics principles
- Be familiar with UX processes and be able to adapt the methodology to the complexity and nature of the project
- Have experience in facilitation (design review animation, brainstorming workshops, prioritization workshops, etc.) and be used to working within a product team
- UX Writing / Microcopy: have your say on content and micro-content
- Enjoy team moments and being able to travel once or twice a quarter to Nantes and/or Paris is feasible
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- Bac+5 degree
- B1 level in English (listening, reading)
Responsibilities
- Participate and contribute to the Discovery (from framing the subject to defining the solution, including user tests) with the PM
- Design and produce mockups/prototypes based on our Design System
- Issue macro and micro UX recommendations and define user journeys, thinking about the end-to-end user experience
- Prepare and conduct user tests and any other research session (card sorting, interviews, questionnaires) with the help of UX Researchers
- Facilitate collaborative workshops (design sprints, design reviews, brainstorming workshops, validation workshops) in person and remotely
- Participate in functional and technical specifications
- Carry the voice of the users by centralizing and analyzing feedback
- Contribute to the roadmap and UX processes specific to the BU
Preferred Qualifications
- Have worked for a SaaS type product
- Have already created a Design System
- Have good knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Fluent in English (although not mandatory)
