Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth user research to understand how our customers actually use our product
• Executing large-scale quantitative studies and qualitative interviews to uncover user needs
• Working closely with Product designers, guiding them to employ usability testing effectively to refine and validate design choices
• Collaborating across teams to ensure research findings are translated into coherent and impactful designs
• Being an advocate for user-centric design and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
