Summary
The job is for a Technical Product Enablement Manager at Figma, a design collaboration tool company. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a technical focused role, including but not limited to Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Software Engineering
- Advanced Figma knowledge across all products
- Proven experience for training others on cutting edge technologies
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value to a diverse audience
- Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong to create strong coaching culture
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), facilitation skills, and ability to breakdown complex topics to easily train stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment of a start-up and a continuously evolving product
Responsibilities
- Drive education on our core product functionality as well as the broader industry knowledge required for seller success
- Optimize Figmaβs ongoing enablement programs through the creation and delivery of technical training content
- Maintain a training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of our team, including the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials
- Own the outcomes of your training programs: continually measure program compliance, participant performance and business impact of each program
- Strategize with the Sales Enablement, Sales, Customer Experience & Solutions, Product Marketing, and Product teams to assess Sales/CEX needs and make continual improvements and iterations
- Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with Sales, Customer Experience & Solutions, Product Marketing, and Product Leadership
- Attend customer meetings and embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve our training programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a software-as-a-service company
- Ability to tackle large ambiguous challenges that you havenβt tackled before
- Has held a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company
