Product Engineer

Join Cleo's expanding Polish team as a full-time, remote Frontend React/React Native Engineer. Contribute to a dynamic product squad, developing features to improve user financial health. This role involves building amazing user experiences within the Cleo app, writing automated tests, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis, and participating in app releases. Requirements

• Have strong industry experience using React Native/React with TypeScript for a minimum of 2+ years
• Have proven experience in mobile app development or a genuine passion for moving into the mobile app space

Responsibilities

• Join a cross-functional product squad to develop features improving users’ financial health
• Work on the React Native application, building user experiences
• Write automated tests alongside your code
• Use AB-Tests, feature flags, and other tools to iterate quickly
• Use data to analyze user journeys, detect problems, and optimize the Cleo experience
• Be part of the rota for weekly app releases
• Get involved in cross-cutting concerns that improve the engineering effort
• Take part in shaping all squad work, including product ideation, user research, design reviews, retrospectives, ways of working sessions, product demos, and OKR reviews
