Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, data products, or legal tech
- Experience with financial controls, compliance tracking, and global reporting requirements for large enterprises
- Ability to translate user needs into product solutions with a strong focus on usability and value
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ADO, Aha!)
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in the legal tech industry or with data-driven products
Responsibilities
- Own a specific data-driven product or key workstream in the category of Financials, contributing to its vision, roadmap, and execution
- Monitor industry trends, legal technology advancements, and customer needs to inform product strategy and decision-making
- Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for legal professionals
- Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product development
- Align with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and communicate product value
- Ensure seamless integration between your product and the broader data product ecosystem
- Provide guidance to the Scrum team on the product lifecycle, including defining requirements, writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating releases
- Engage with customers, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions
- Partner with the GPM to develop and validate new data-driven product opportunities
- Collaborate with legal professionals, internal teams, and external stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure that data products meet business and customer needs
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support product launches, including messaging, training, and customer onboarding
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure clear and effective communication across teams to align on priorities and drive execution
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or business intelligence solutions
- Experience working with customers to gather insights and incorporate feedback into product development
