  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead without authority. You can tell a story that others understand and are excited by
  • An ownership-approach to problem solving – the ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using all the resources available to you

  • Staying on top of emerging trends in data visualization and contextual notifications, integrating new techniques across web applications, iOS, and real-time systems into your strategy and roadmap
  • Strategically using AI across both the product itself and the product development lifecycle to accelerate your work, your team’s work, and bring our customers the most impactful, efficient, and flexible tools to help them run their business
  • Managing the discovery, research, and design phases of both the foundational data layers and their integration into multiple product touchpoints (POS, KDS, Pulse)
  • Expertly executing the Product Development and Software Development lifecycles to effectively launch and scale both 0 to 1 and incremental products
  • Defining, tracking, reporting on, and iteratively responding to key performance indicators related to table pacing, guest satisfaction, and revenue impacts
  • Working cross-functionally to drive adoption of Tempo tools across existing and new customers

Benefits
