Join Bespoke Post, a lifestyle brand delivering curated goods, as a data-savvy Product Manager with 3β5 years of experience. This role involves leading product initiatives across BespokePost.com and HalfdayTravel.com, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements and success metrics, and conducting A/B tests. You will leverage data from tools like Mixpanel, Looker, and Fullstory to inform decisions and optimize performance. You will partner with marketing to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, and report to the VP of Product. Requirements
- 3β5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in online retail or e-commerce
- Proven experience planning and conducting A/B testing programs
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Mixpanel, Looker, and Fullstory
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment aligned to U.S. business hours
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives across BespokePost.com and HalfdayTravel.com
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer experience, analytics, and operations to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Define clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive optimization
- Leverage data to inform decisionsβdesign experiments, interpret results, and adjust strategy
- Use tools like Mixpanel, Looker, and Fullstory to monitor performance and identify insights
- Partner with the marketing team to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Report directly to the VP of Product and contribute to overall product strategy
