Product Manager – Compliance & Interoperability

Summary

Join PointClickCare as a Product Manager – Compliance & Interoperability and contribute to the successful delivery of compliance and interoperability products. Collaborate closely with engineering, maintain a healthy product backlog, and contribute to the product roadmap. You will serve as the voice of the customer, manage product delivery ceremonies, and continuously assess ways to improve products and services. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with experience in product management and healthcare data. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study
• 3+ years of experience in a product management function
• Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and task management
• Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products
• Experience working with healthcare data, audit or compliance solutions, including standards such as FHIR and HL7
• Knowledge of Agile processes is required

Responsibilities

• Understand company strategy and how it connects to the strategy of your product areas
• Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility, including product functionality and how the product creates value for the customer and user
• Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on compliance and interoperability priorities
• Continuously assess ways to improve products and services
• Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively
• Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, Regulatory and other product managers, leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience with Health Plans, EHRs, National Frameworks, and Long Term Post-Acute providers
• Familiarity with Design Thinking
