Join our team as the dynamic and strategic Enterprise Imaging - Director of Product Management to spearhead the commercialization, growth, and lifecycle management of our Picture Diagnostic Suite offerings. This pivotal role connects product development with market success, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. You will develop and execute product strategies, conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage product performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of the healthcare IT landscape, particularly PACS, RIS, or enterprise imaging systems. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of product management or commercial product leadership experience in the healthcare IT space, preferably with PACS, RIS, or enterprise imaging systems
- Strong knowledge of radiology workflows, imaging informatics, and healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling enterprise-level software products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the commercial strategy for Diagnostic Suite products in alignment with overall business goals
- Translate market and customer insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Leverage insights to refine product positioning and value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, packaging, messaging, and sales enablement
- Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback through client meetings, user groups, and market analysis
- Represent the commercial viewpoint in cross-functional discussions
- Work closely with engineering, regulatory, marketing, and support teams to ensure timely and successful product launches and ongoing product lifecycle support
- Monitor product performance metrics including adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue, and margin
- Recommend course corrections as needed to meet or exceed business targets
