Summary

They are hiring a Product/Growth Marketer to launch and grow their products, working closely with engineering on personas, positioning, messaging, and translating these into marketing materials. The marketer will have significant ownership and autonomy, and should have 3+ years experience in growth/marketing, strong copywriting skills, product marketing ability, analytical skills, and the ability to run a product launch from start to finish. Requirements

• 3+ years experience doing growth/marketing at fast-growing companies, or selling your own products
• Strong at copywriting
• Product marketing ability - deeply understanding the customer base and determining how to position and message the product
• Analytical skills - use Google Sheets and/or SQL to understand the impact of work
• Ownership, autonomy, bias to action
• Ability to run a product or feature launch from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Define key personas, positioning and messaging for new products and features
• Work with team to translate product/feature positioning into landing pages, launch emails, socials, videos and sales collateral
• Write high-impact copy for marketing materials

• Proficiency in 1 or more relevant channels (cold email / SEO / managing affiliates / performance marketing)
