Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or brand management, ideally in a FinTech or employee benefits startup
- Proven experience as a player/coach, balancing hands-on contributions with team leadership
- Strong track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams in product marketing, sales enablement, and RFP management
- Success in launching and scaling B2B products or services that drive business growth and enhance brand strength
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in driving data-driven recommendations and decision-making
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing plans to support product launches and growth initiatives
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to confidently present business results and strategies to leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Serve as a player/coach, actively contributing to key deliverables while managing and mentoring a high-performing product marketing and enablement team
- Work closely with product managers to identify key value drivers with go-to-market (GTM) implications and align them with business objectives
- Lead sales enablement efforts by developing tools, content, and training that empower the sales team to win in the marketplace
- Oversee RFP management to ensure compelling and competitive responses that position Lively as a market leader
- Develop and refine business-level messaging, positioning, and competitive insights to inform GTM strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated external communications across channels, ensuring alignment with product goals
- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive adoption and success for key solutions within the portfolio
- Build and execute data-driven product marketing strategies to support launch, growth, and expansion efforts
