Join Beautiful.ai as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and build the product marketing discipline, leading the go-to-market strategy for our product offerings. You will identify customer needs and solutions to drive business growth, uncovering customer insights and developing positioning, messaging, and enablement efforts. This highly cross-functional role involves collaboration with various teams and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Responsibilities include developing product messaging and positioning, leading go-to-market strategies, optimizing customer funnels, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in product marketing within a SaaS company, strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing within a SaaS subscription company with a PLG motion
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing programs in a PLG funnel
  • Highly skilled at customer and market research with a history of uncovering actionable insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle stages, and subscription business models
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with both individual users and enterprise buyers
  • Continuously iterate messaging based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches and updates, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Define launch goals, create integrated campaigns, and measure success
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with lifecycle, content and performance marketing, and product management to develop strategies to increase trailer conversion and customer retention
  • Develop and execute data-driven testing and learning agenda to optimize conversion
  • Conduct customer research to identify pain points, motivations, and buying behavior across user personas
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market opportunities to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Synthesize customer and market research into actionable insights that influence marketing and product strategy and roadmaps
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams to align on product roadmap and priorities
  • Establish best practice processes and communications for cross-functional collaboration
