Summary

Join Unite Us as a Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence Intern for an 8-week internship (June 9, 2025 - July 25, 2025) where you will leverage your research, analytical, and organizational skills to contribute to the company's competitive intelligence function. You will gain hands-on experience building processes and resources that directly influence go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role involves collaborating across teams, tracking market trends, and creating actionable insights to strengthen Unite Us' competitive position. You will work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, receiving mentorship and exposure to cross-functional collaboration. The internship offers a chance to learn about product marketing and GTM strategies and is a remote, U.S.-based position paying $20/hour for 35 hours per week.

Requirements

  • You have experience or interest in healthcare technology, product marketing, or competitive intelligence
  • You are able to work proactively and collaboratively
  • You have strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with good written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to synthesize information into usable materials
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, etc
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to build scalable processes
  • You are comfortable working collaboratively across teams and functions
  • You are eager to learn about product marketing and GTM strategies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis across Unite Us products and markets, identifying key differentiators, strengths, and gaps
  • Build and maintain a repository and standard operating procedure (SOP) for competitive intelligence, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the organization
  • Develop and refine battle cards to support Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering with real-time competitive insights
  • Track and synthesize market trends, providing actionable recommendations to inform product positioning and GTM strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Marketers to establish a process for ongoing competitive intelligence reviews as part of the GTM process
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, to gather insights and validate findings

Preferred Qualifications

You are familiar with Confluence and competitive intelligence tools (bonus)
