Product Marketing Director

Summary

Join Radicle Health as their Product Marketing Director and develop and implement impactful product marketing campaigns for their human services technology products. You will craft compelling marketing messages, collaborate with sales and customer experience teams, analyze market trends, and launch new products. This role requires 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare or technology, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and technology applications in clinical settings
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions including marketing, sales, and product development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Radicle Health’s technology solutions
• Craft compelling marketing messages, content, and tools that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Radicle Health’s products
• Work directly with the sales and customer experience teams to gather customer feedback and identify customer needs to inform product enhancements
• Proactively analyze market trends to better position Radicle Health’s products in the healthcare technology market, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for product launches, updates, and feature enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), or clinical data management
